Ponte Vedra Zoning District

Real Estate SIGN Regulations


This is a recap of Ponte Vedra Zoning District rules for Real Estate Signage:

·	One sign per house and/or per lot.
·	Sign can not exceed 80 sq inches, professionally lettered and mounted on wooden post.
·	Attachment of name tags, information boxes or tubes is NOT permitted.  These attachments exceed the 80 sq inches area allowed.
·	"Off-Site" signs are NOT permitted anytime
·	Open House signs can only be placed in yard of open house
·	No off-site Open House signs at near-by corners, AlA, local streets, etc.....

The PV Zoning District boundaries are approximately the same as Ponte Vedra Municipal  
Service District.  The district(s) begin at the Duval Co line then, south along the ocean to
the Guana State Park (1500 block of PV Blvd). The western boundary is 300 feet west of AlA from the county line south to Mosquito Road and east and south of Corona Road to PV Blvd.
